Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed as per the cancellation policy.
In cases where Hillwill Holidays cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, customers are entitled to a full refund or an alternative booking option.
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days from the cancellation confirmation, subject to banking/payment gateway timelines.
Certain services like flight tickets, train tickets, or third-party bookings may have their own cancellation/refund rules, which will apply accordingly.
