Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment as specified at the time of reservation.
• Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing & Inclusions

Prices quoted include services mentioned in the package details. Any additional expenses (such as extra meals, activities not mentioned, personal expenses, etc.) are borne by the traveler.

Hillwill Holidays acts as a tour operator and facilitator. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages arising from natural calamities, strikes, accidents, transport delays, or actions of third-party service providers.

Traveler Conduct

Travelers are expected to maintain proper behavior during tours. Any unlawful activity, misconduct, or damage caused to property will result in termination of services without refund.

Health & Safety

Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to travel. Any pre-existing health conditions must be disclosed before booking.

Hillwill Holidays is not liable for any medical emergencies during the trip.
