Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our official contact channels.

  • If cancelled 30 days or more before the travel date, 80% of the total amount will be refunded (after deducting transaction charges).

  • If cancelled 15–29 days before the travel date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.

  • If cancelled 7–14 days before the travel date, 25% of the total amount will be refunded.

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date or for no-shows.

  • In case of natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen government restrictions, Hillwill Holidays will try to reschedule the trip or provide a travel credit.
